UCB is done up all fancy for the show, turning the theatre into a maze where costumed performers pop out and scare you. Okay, this isn't so scary when the lights are on or with my direct camera flash.

The Suicide House returns with Gelman & Daly talking about our inevitable deaths for entering the theatre. Also, the words Borderline Sexy Rape was mentioned somewhere in the opening set.


Mookie Blaiklok as the mime-gician who fucks up the trick and in a panic, kills his assistant.


Birthday Boys show us what real trickery is.


Hannibal Buress really hates Paranormal Activity.


Derek comes out on stage with an empty smashed can of bud and a cup of beer. I didn't think much of it, since every other comedian comes out with a drink. However he closed his set by ironing out the can to it's full cylindrical shape, sealing it, then opening up to pour himself out a beer. It was pretty amazing.

I just wanted to mention how irritating it was to watch that girl on the right side of the stage in the grey shirt chew her gum like a cow, then send out text messages, and just look generally uninterested in everything on stage.

I wanted to punch her in her gum chewing face.

I was somewhat intrigued when Scott played their song on the show, so I bought Steel Panther's album and it's pretty crude but funny. Definitely in the Spinal Tap/Bad News vein.

Their video for "Death To All But Metal" was directed by Brian Posehn and has a cameo by Sarah Silverman (which makes her "Nah, no thanks" when Scott offered her their album even funnier):
