Maybe you should work for an insurance company that's a little more progressive.

I wish we could take all of the thought power that is happening inside the minds of all the ASTers in this thread trying to come up with another insurance company joke and use it to solve our country's problems.

Well, it's good you aren't in the Soviet Union, otherwise, you'd probably be working in a State Farm.
Winter is Coming: Summer 2011.
You just passed up the opportunity to cure cancer to make that joke.

I don't like insurance jokes, in General.
Were any of you fortunate enough to see CDR last night?
Kumail is battling Todd Glass for the most contagious laugh title. Get the two of them on an episode together and I will never stop laughing.
There’s no such thing as a bad neighborhood when you’ve got a purple belt in taekwondo, Doug.
This episode was hilarious. Kumail and Tom both hit home runs. I don't know how to say this without sounding like a dick, though, so I'll just kindly cast my vote that CDRR would if at all possible to stick to comedy songs/comedy bands instead of "real" bands. Whatever the outcome I will still happily listen and laugh as it's the funniest podcast consistently.![]()
I haven't listened yet but if there is a something changing about the music then that is NOT a good thing!

Well, Tom Lennon's song more than made up for not having any other comedy songs. I hope it gets put into heavy rotation on the show.
Indeed. I loved "I am notI am aSpoiler:."Spoiler:
Was that Lil' Gary or a new Clap Your Hands Say Yeah song?
CAKE BOSS!
Perhaps it's just my love of sad bastard music, but I thought Loch and Key was awesome, and I almost kept forgetting I was listening to CDRR when hearing the songs. I was impressed. But I also kinda agree that comedy music should stay the norm on the show.
I too loved Loch and Key. I'm not a big fan of comedy songs and fast-forward through most of them after 15 seconds, but I listened to every song this time.
This was a really great one. My favorite Little Gary appearance yet, "I Am Not Food" was amazing. And Loch and Key were definitely great. Loved Kumail's comment about how they are the opposite sound of Little Gary. I fully support more non-comedy musical guests on the show in the future.
Night gathers, and now my snark begins. It shall not end until it gets hacky. I shall take my wife(... please!), hold no lands, father no negative ratings. I shall wear no crowns and win no AST Top 20 Rankings. I shall live and die by my posts. I am the LOL in the darkness. I am the fire that burns against the trolls, the sneer that guards the realms of men from Kyle Cease's Comedy Boot Camp. I pledge my life and honor to the AST's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.
Little gary is great but I'm looking forward to hearing Thomas Lennon back on CDR some time
I love Little Gary, but it makes me laugh to think of somebody listening to the show for the first time when he's on and thinking, "Jesus, 69 episodes of that?"
What's Scott talking about with the new Between Two Ferns? I don't see anything wrong with it.
