I found Eagle vs Shark far too quirky for the sake of being quirky and didn't like it all.

    But those promos are fantastic.

from the looks of things, it seems like there's a lot more flight in this season. i'm intrigued.

In related news, Bret and Jemaine did the voices for two aliens in the first episode of "The Drinky Crow Show" on Adult Swim. It's viewable on the Adult Swim website, and it's also up on myspleen.

Can't wait until January for the new season of Flight of the Conchords? Luckily we don't have to! The first episode of Season 2 will be premiering exclusively on funnyordie.com on December 17th at 12 pm est/9 am pst. It will not be on HBO until January 9th.

Funny or Die is going all out for it and have created a new, much bigger video box and everything.

Flight of the Conchords have been nominated for a second Grammy award.

New Zealand folk parodists Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie have been shortlisted for best comedy album for their self-titled 15-track release.

Last year, the duo scooped the coveted prize for their EP The Distant Future – the first time a Kiwi act had won a Grammy in 24 years.

Now they will be hoping to repeat their victory when the 51st Grammys are announced in Los Angeles on February 8.

They face competition from Lewis Black, Kathy Griffin, the late George Carlin and Harry Shearer, who have been nominated for their albums Anticipation, For Your Consideration, It's Bad For Ya and Songs Of The Bushmen respectively.

    Season 2 is coming soon!

I found this hilarious lip dub of comedians to “Hiphopopotamus vs. Rhymenoceros." You have to check it out if you haven't seen it yet! And there's also a video by Mel showing you how to create and submit your own! http://tinyurl.com/FOTCLipDub

The way you put that makes it look like Harry Shearer is dead. I had to check wikipedia just to make sure.

I thought that was fantastic. Greg Proops and Andrea Rosen. "Angels". Murray's song. All the loose ends that were tied up from last season. Great stuff.

Funny episode, but the songs were very meh.

    Re: Flight of the Conchords

Oh man I love Dave! I'm glad he was in this one a lot. I didn't really care for the songs either (except Murray's, because it's awesome to see Rhys Darby get to do something other than the exact same jokes he always get to do), but Doggie Bounce, for whatever reason, will never not be hilarious to me.

    Re: Flight of the Conchords

I liked the songs, there just wasn't really any place in the (heavily plot driven) episode for a long song break, but i really appreciated hearing the new version of "Angels." Plus the episode was great! Even if it didn't have Eugene, Tod, or Demetri
