Thread: Guys With Feelings (GWF)

Re: Guys With Feelings - February 3rd, 2009

I just re-upped, $2.50 a month to support GWF is a small price to pay for some real vicarious thrillage. That muffled audio adds to the eavesdropping effect.
The cool people in the next room while I'm trying to sleep.
I'm even considering a spray tan.
This board hasn't been the same since Hammy got run, could the admins consider a reinstatement if he'd come back?
How about Kirkman and Sagher doing a Loveline spoof on some of the male principals and getting to the "bottom" of some of their fixation feelings?
Any how listening to the progress of GWF is like watching a auto race, you're kind of waiting for the crash but hoping it works out for everybody.
Hang in there bruds all the best in 2009

I'm glad to learn there is a happy ending to the Funnyclown/Nash debacle...I couldn't listen, it was too frustrating/sad.

There must've been more than 7 re-ups because I was also automatically charged. I don't mind though, because I can afford it and I like the show. I've been listening since the earliest episodes and can't imagine not knowing what happens in Nash and Jeff's lives on a semi-weekly basis. It's like a real life soap opera! Except instead of scandalous affairs and murderous betrayals, there are broken dreams and bad jokes.

I have to admit I was/am kind of annoyed last week when I was down to my last 10 dollars in the bank and the next day my card was declined, then I found out it was because I was automatically renewed, causing my account to be overdrawn.

P.S. still overdrawn and racking up fees.

Enjoyed the EP, Nash. A nice bonus for the all-access faithful (and funnyclown). Looking forward to seeing how your act evolves in the coming years.

I would love to hear Selman on GWF describing why the Watchmen movie is such a big deal for him. I can only imagine how dismissive/disinterested Nash (and Bumgarner?) would be.

"So it's a comic book, right? We get it. Moving on..."

what is going on in that selman article?
why is the guy mad at selman? sounds like a case of nerd envy to me.

i'm lauching a full investigative report on the next gwf..

    Price = The Best

If he ever gets that dream job comparing hamburgers all day, I would like to apply for an internship.

Yeah, I was thinking about GWF the other day and wondering if/when there will be a new installment. They've got nearly two months o' tales to catch us up on. Crack the whip, Selman.

They're slated to do a GWF in Portland at the Bridgetown Festival. I could see that podcast being a subscriber exclusive, though.

On the last one they did, Nash invited Price to do another GWF of his own. I would like to see that happen, too.

Re: Guys With Feelings - February 3rd, 2009

    GWF will return soon.
I need an intern, someone in LA who would like to produce the show and be on air
    sometimes.

I can not do it anymore with this movie I'm doing with Leonardo DiCaprio ("The Boys Life II" The 30-Somthings") but I would like to continue podcasting.

private message me if you are interested. If there are enough people, I will have
a contest on air to see who gets the job.

    NEW EPISODE!!!!!!!!

    Pete, Sam & Nash's Birthday
Jeff and Jason are back, and they've brought someone new with them, Naked Comedy's Sam to help keep them on track (if she survives this first show that is.) Plus, IT'S JASON'S BIRTHDAY! But no time to party, he's got to make some money. Later, Pete calls in and gives us his incites on Doodads, Private Jets, and calls out Jeff for putting pancakes before the Angels game.

Plus, is Jeff too nice? Will Jason's name ever be cleared at the elementary school? Has Dane Cook stolen Jason's material??
