When Adam Carolla goes on rants about the ridiculous priorities of the LA government when it comes to driving, I've always dismissed it. I think the only way that Byron Allen joke works is if you pause between "21" and "pounds".

Is it just me or did Matt's arguments make no sense? It was a mistake? Seriously? You're equating decades of sleepovers with young boys and the well-documented subsequent hush-money to something like Pat locking his keys in his car?

Arguments like that can be seen as dismissive of the victims or tolerant of the child abuse that went on. Just saying, it rang badly in my ear, but my girlfriend was ready to put a beatdown on a Belknap after hearing that.
