Thread: Sarah Silverman Program Season 3

    Sarah Silverman Program Season 3

I'm starting this thread because we just wrapped our first week of shooting for season 3. Episodes won't start until after the first of the year, but there's some cool stuff happening this season and I figured I'd share some stuff from time to time.

At the end of the year we'll be doing a live tour around the country. It won't be standup. It's going to be more like a live episode with video/commercials/behind the scenes stuff.

This season is out of control so far, and it's only been a week. We've got awesome guests and awesome people returning (Fulcher, Ennis, Tig, etc). Tim and Eric are also directing an episode next month that I can't wait to do!

Alright, with that I'll leave you with a picture.

    hi, i'm steve

We know this much: The Tab Car is back. And that's enough IMO.

Ennis is genius. How is he not done anything after Mr. Show!?

In the fall of 2007, John Ennis became the "Z" for a series of Wheel of Fortune commercials to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the show.

We've just finished shooting 15 out of 50 days of shooting. I love the new scripts. They're pretty epic. Last night we shot a scene on the set of Real Time with Bill Maher. Oh, and this also happened:

Lucky. I've always wanted to be Spanked By An Elf.

It's cool that they're just letting Jay be himself this season.

It's great that Jay is back, but can't we all agree the real star is that wonderful mustache?

I wonder who they made tell that little person he had to wear those curly shoes and shit. That has to be awkward...

Sketch idea: Moments in film history dating back to the beginning of the 20th century. Various fake shemps and rubes who shouldn't be there are forced by the director to tell the little people they have to wear curly shoes.

Curly shoes are the blackface of midgetry!

I love smartbunny because she falls into my traps. "Midgetry" is a term I invented, smartbunny. It means bigotry against the little people. I use the term "midget" within the word to force home the fact that this is a negative and real concept and not some nonsense shenanigan-type situation. There is midgetry everywhere... it usually rears its ugly head in the form of dismissive whimsy.

I have always fought for the little people, smartbunny.
