The Minibosses are pretty good, but The Advantage is great
Here are some videos of Final Fantasy XIII and Fallout 3 from E3.

Here's a story on Yahoo on how impressive the PS3 lineup has looked.

Final Fantasy XIII for the 360 now. Thanks Square, now I have no reason to get a PS3.
Formally Max Geinachoff.
I've got Pokemons Diamond, FireRed, and Emerald. Between all three I finally have the resources to build my perfect pocket monster battle party.
Once I hit level 100 with all my boys and girls I'll be taking challenges, and then you fucking nerds are going DOWN!

thank you for mentioning the Advantage - they are the best video game music band out there. everyone else just seems like a kids' band compared to them.

Wow. Mass Effect really was one of the best games I have ever played. And it was the perfect length, too. I felt like I played through one of the best sci-fi movies ever, and it didn't go on and on for 100 hours with pointless side quests.
I can't wait to play through a second time as a complete asshole.
You mean the galaxy
That's how I approached it the first time around. Turns out I'm a pretty nice guy. I'm not above a little smuggling here and there, and apparently I like to bang hot religious chicks on spaceships. The only really tough decision for me was at the end, when I let the council explode. I told myself it was because Soveriegn was the primary objective, but part me was all, "fuck those alien assholes". Not many games have ever made me question my decisions before.
My only complaint is that, aside from Wrex, the characters weren't all that memorable. I ended up using the same 3 characters most of the time. I wanted a Salarian and a Volus on my team.
I'm going to finish GTA IV, and then the galaxy is fucked. I'm going to give myself some badass facial hair and treat everyone like garbage. I also want to get some additional weapon and biotic acheivements, and I guess I'll go to every planet and try to get my character to level 60.
I have read there is/was supposed to be an expansion with a Salarian team member you could acquire, but I can no longer find the link so it may have been a false rumor that got taken off the couple websites it was on. I would love a Volus! They are pretty cool, and their diplomat is hilariously dickish.
Goddamn I love Mass Effect.
My one true gripe was spelled out wonderfully on Penny Arcade when the first expansion came out- you can't save your game when you beat it, and continue side missions post-win. That would be the best way to play the expansion if you'd beat the game, instead of playing it by loading an old saved game. They really dropped the ball there- could have been sooooo much more open ended gameplay that way.
I sort of agree about memorable characters- I think the problem is Wrex set the bar too high. The other characters aren't BAD, but they're not that funny or dicey either. Everyone is very serious and overly loyal to you- a little more dissention in the ranks would have gone a long way.
In-game footage of Fallout 3 is out:

I would encourage everybody to check out the Fallout 3 trailer that you can get to from my post above. I posted that before I watched it; it's actually a special promotional video that's funny. I don't know which is my favorite part, the look on the little girl's face when she is told she will be repopulating the Earth or watching the mutant's leg blow off in slow motion.

Will I have to have played previous fallout games to know what the hell is going on?

I doubt it, Berliner.
Looks like something that begins with awe and ends with some.
You should. They're incredible games.
There's a new patch that lets you up the resolution. I'm going to beat FO2 to celebrate.
