What was the best concert you've been to?
-- Probably Sade. It was just so sexy and relaxing.
Hello from the Detroit area. Longtime lurker, first time poster.
I'm the guy who does whatever it takes.
Hell-0. See what I did there? yay comedy!
Hi. I've done open mic five times now and I think I've caught the bug. So I found this site and I think you guys are kind of cool.
Hi! I'm Jenn. Has fallen in love with podcasts and heard a lot about this forum so decided to check it out![]()
I think I have posted an introduction here before. I am 23 and my name is Tony. I would like to be active on this forum because it seems like a place I would enjoy.
Hey I'm David DeVries from Chicago. Been a member for a while but have rarely posted. Here I am!
Hey there, duders.
I haven't introduced myself yet.
I'm Zach Broussard, a comic in New York. It's a shock I've never been on this before.
I host a weekly show in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and I've met a few AST guys at shows. Happy to be here!
If anyone is interested, here's some recent stand-up:

Hey everyone,
I'm Mike Douglas, currently unemployed (business lawyer by trade) in the Boston area. Huge comedy nerd, the kind who loves to deconstruct a good joke to the bemusement (read: annoyance) of my wife. I am a subscriber and fan of the Never Not Funny podcast, which is how I was directed here in the first place.
I fantasize about becoming a sketch-writer or stand-up but my ceiling is "kind of funny guy at the office" so it won't happen. However, it doesn't stop me from trying to be clever 140 characters at a time (come follow me at http://www.twitter.com/ChestRockwell45 -- it's protected to hide from the eyes of employers, but I'll approve pretty much anyone).
Thanks for letting me into the party. I'll try not to overstay my welcome.
Hellloooo everybody!
I listen to several of the podcasts featured on here and am ADDICTED to all things Adult Swim. I am a closeted comedy nerd, so hiding behind an avatar and venting on a forum is ideal. I also enjoy long walks on the beach, dinners by candle light, and Star Wars conventions...ooops sorry. This isn't that kind of website...![]()
Hello. A chance encounter with a Paul F Tompkins CD about a month ago caused me to stumble blindly into this forum and knock a thing over. Thank you for having me.
Welcome everyone! This is the place to be!
Hey everybody! My name's Bee Tee Dee! I drew an album cover for AST once! I've been meaning to join the forums for a while, especially since I started listening to the I Love Movies podcast...
This should clear up any other questions you might have about me or the Rolling Stones:

Hi, I'm Jon. I listen to the CDR, ILM, NNF and Nerdist podcasts. And I'm really excited for PFT's forthcoming podcast and also because it's Taco Tuesday!
Hey guys- I've actually been a member for a long time but I don't know what happened with my password and I kept trying to reset it and there were email mishaps, but now after much anonymous forum-reading I can finallyyyyy log in again. I don't think I ever introduced myself in this thread, though. My name's Jen, and to put it mildly, I'm obsessed with Stella, The State, and everything else those people have ever produced in any way. The UCB-NY is my favorite place on earth. I have gone through periods of performing, am not in one right now, and would love to be in one again.
Here comes a dunk.
New old member here. Finally have a computer again. Being poor is awesome.
How's everybody been?

Hi Everyone... I can't remember if I ever introduced myself.
My name is Phil Johnson, longtime comedy fan and currently low level professional musical comedian working on becoming a higher level comic. I get to work all over the country, so no complaints.
My favorite comics: Eddie Izzard, Chris Titus, Greg Behrendt.
And if anyone would like to sample my wares: http://www.RoadsideAttraction.com
Hey folks, this is Bob 'Learning to Type' Dope. I wanna tell ya, I am a fan of the comedians who are still alive, especially the young ones. Also since I've broken free of the bounds of spacetime I can tell ya there are a lot of good funny men coming down the pike. Funny women, too.
I am not sure what the point of this place is, but what the hey, time means nothing to me since I died...and I'm not talking about that show I did at the Shrimp Hut in 1932!
Hi all
I've been reading the forum for a while now and thought I'd finally get round to posting. I'm from a small town near Belfast in Northern Ireland and have been doing stand up on the local open mic scene since June.
I can't remember how I heard of this site, probably through searching for Bammer or Patton. Anyway glad to be here.![]()
