Hey everyone,

I'm Mike Douglas, currently unemployed (business lawyer by trade) in the Boston area. Huge comedy nerd, the kind who loves to deconstruct a good joke to the bemusement (read: annoyance) of my wife. I am a subscriber and fan of the Never Not Funny podcast, which is how I was directed here in the first place.

I fantasize about becoming a sketch-writer or stand-up but my ceiling is "kind of funny guy at the office" so it won't happen. I've been reading the forum for a while now and thought I'd finally get round to posting. I'm from a small town near Belfast in Northern Ireland and have been doing stand up on the local open mic scene since June.
