Hey, is there anyway to have a chat room on this site? I bet people would love that.

You mean like Yahoo chat?
Like your momma chat.
What's the deal with all the flash infestations lately?
Also, chitty chitty bang chat.
someone should remove the chat, all these errors are driving me nuts!
By now, complaints about the chat are just ways to get people to like posts right?
Winter is Coming: Summer 2011.
Hey guys, somehow a couple of my posts just disappeared in that gross drug-using thread. Do you know what happened? Surely they weren't deleted. That would be a terrible, offensive thing to do.
Thanks guys! I'll be talkin to ya real soon

I would also like to lobby for Jixby's posts in that thread to be restored somewhere. A museum would do. They were brilliant. I understand why they were removed, and they don't have to be reinserted into that thread, but maybe can they be put in "Things You Didn't Post" or something?
They shouldn't be lost in internet history forever. Then they're like the old board (and 150 page Patton Oswalt Q&A Thread)
Night gathers, and now my snark begins. It shall not end until it gets hacky. I shall take my wife(... please!), hold no lands, father no negative ratings. I shall wear no crowns and win no AST Top 20 Rankings. I shall live and die by my posts. I am the LOL in the darkness. I am the fire that burns against the trolls, the sneer that guards the realms of men from Kyle Cease's Comedy Boot Camp. I pledge my life and honor to the AST's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.
Can I suggest that everyone enjoy their Thanksgiving? Have a good one AST!
not worth it. kiss my ass

Sometimes when I try to do searches, the actual post I'm looking for is in one of the giant threads. Is there a way to just search for the posts with the word I am looking for?

I think that's what the Show Results As Threads/Posts radio buttons are for.
I see...

Happy birthday to me in two days!!!
now that Paul F. Tompkins is back, even if just to promote shows occasionally, can someone change the Taul F. Pompkins guy's username so people aren't confused, being how similar the screennames are?

I wish there was a way to find out who likes your post.
I want to let these people know that I disagree with them most of the time...

I think there's a way to already do this, I just don't know how... If you start a thread, how do you change the name of the thread later?
