Didn't know if anyone had seen this. I thought it was pretty fun.

Including the co-star Greg Sestero. Who is ALSO the Line Producer. Yes. Co-star/Line Producer/Assistant to Wiseau. HUH????
This movie really does get better every time you've seen it. I unfortunately have almost burnt out on it...I have probably seen it more than any other movie, ever.
The first time I went was the 5-year anniversary at the Sunset 5. It was a magical, magical evening. Some of the funniest added lines/acting out/whatever. The last time I went was "meh". There was way too many people and we just had a bunch of stupid douchebags in our theater.
I am glad other people also call the psychologist friend David Wain. I saw him (the psychologist) in Burbank once but I felt real creepy saying anything.
My FAVORITE character in The Room is now "Concerned White Shirt", the guy that shows up in the party scene who is apparently great friends with everyone, but whom we've never seen before. His acting is the most amazing thing I've ever seen. "It feels like I'm sitting on an atomic bomb, waiting for it to go off". Wait, WHO ARE YOU?? My theory is that David Wain wasn't available that day, so CWS was called in to play his role. Yes I have thought about it that much.
edit: wow David Cross really did answer those questions just like Tommy does.
SIT DOWN DENNY. SIT DOWN!!!

Oh, ALSO: Get the DVD and watch the extras. The interview with him is nuts, and they actually have to dub over some parts of it because he's so hard to understand.
The deleted scenes seem to be just scenes that were in the movie, but filmed in a different location. Leading me to believe what we all think: He didn't cut ANY scenes.
I loved this movie so much, that I'm afraid that if I go back, it wont be as good. The back row of guys were so funny I wanted to go ask them if they were going to be at another showing. Ive never wanted to introduce myself to a stranger before like that in my life.
As for the CWS, I remember reading beforehand that he's supposed to be the david wain character, so I took it as truth. But really, who knows...
Is that a reference to Lisa's mother??
Also, Tommy says he is not on The Facebookings or The Twitterama or The MineSpaces because he doesn't have time. He is very busy with New Projects That Are Happening Now As We Speak, such as Waiting For Phone To Ring and Talking To Peoples Who Think He's a Joke.
There's a Brazilian guy selling some kind of miracle cream on QVC whose mangled English sounds very, very similar to Tommy's.
The AV Club did an interview with Greg Sestero where he explains the "Concerned White Shirt" guy amongst other things.
Also, if you haven't tracked down La La Land yet, the last episode has a lot of Tommy directing some terrible, terrible movie. Here's the only clip I could find online:
I'm Dwyane Wade! I do commercials!
That might be his SIT-COM called NEIGHBORS which is to be picked up by major shark studio network any days now just WAITING FOR PHONE RINGING!
So I know the guy in La La Land is acting, but is Tommy acting? Its hard to tell because his acting and his everyday persona are blended so seamlessly.
Oh man if people start calling that guy "Concerned White Shirt" it will be the crowning achievement of my life.
I had friends over on Saturday, and it wasn't really a night suited for watching a full movie together. But when The Room came up in conversation, we watched the interview with Tommy Wiseau from the DVD (you know, the one where parts are overdubbed). And everyone who hadn't already seen the movie was thereby entirely convinced that those of us who had seen it were probably right in calling it the worst movie ever.
Such is the power of pure Tommy.
Prior to the Entertainment Weekly article coming out, I was working on my own article piecing together the history of The Room. I interviewed Chris R, who told me that there was no shooting schedule. All the actors were told to show up every day, and then Tommy would decide what to film. Chris R said he filmed the roof top scene in a variety of places. He also told me that the actors would watch videos on Tommy's site and laugh at him, which led me to finding his site on archive.org

There's some incredible beefcake shots on there, as well as a couple facebook style self-portraits:
It's definitely worth a view, and is where I found this amazing video:
http://www.brianmpalmer.com featuring found photos, essays, and interviews with Paul F. Tompkins, Zach Galifianakis, Michael Cera and others.
Oh, those pictures! Augh!
The Room is on Cartoon Network right now for eastern time zone folks.
There are actually little segments in between each commercial break as well. I'm hoping they put all of them up on their website because I don't feel like watching this movie again.
It just started on the West Coast. I was going to go to sleep but how can I stop watching this. I mean "Anything for my princess."
"Not the victory but the action. Not the goal but the game. In the deed the glory."
I very much enjoy Tommy's special skills, as listed on webarchive:
