I'm going to this. Pretty psyched.
Have no idea what Jon is doing, but that's the fun part.
Be cool. Go to this show. Being cool is important. Going to this show will make you cool.
Can't wait! I hear Barry R will be at the show, delighting us with some smooth jazz tunes.

I just wanted to confirm that Jon Daly, is indeed, pretty great.
A fantastic showcase of Daly's character work. If you missed tonight's show, go see it at the end of the month with Garfunkel & Oates, who are also amazing.
I wish I could remember the name of this character, but all I know is that I want to see his movie.
I think he kills lots of babies.
"For 12 payments of $69.69, you could have his complete CD collection. That's 3,000 CDS and over 85,000 songs... "
Barry R and his saxophone as previously seen on CDR last year. There was a fantastic infomercial featuring a jazz battle with Brandon Johnson in a jerry curl and gold pants and Leah (I don't remember her last name) as the prize. With the power of Barry R's music, she turns into his box set at the end. (I know this makes absolutely no sense, the video must be experienced first hand.)
Bill Cosby & his Fart Machine
Sappity Tappity, the drunken christmas tree.
A dramatic reading of Fresh Prince's Parents Just Don't Understand.
A pleasant neighbor goes apeshit.

Had a really fun time! Especially loved Garfunkel & Oates's "Steve" as well as, well, pretty much everything Jon Daly did. Pirates!
Here are some photos:
And the whole set here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/megalop...7618036224995/
These are my favorite though!:
"Now that I'm pregnant, everything just seems so meaningless."
"Huddled in the corner with Malcolm-Jamal Warner."
Pirates!
This may be the world's dumbest question, but are Jon and Andy Daly related?

Only by their ability to be hilarious, as far as I know.
What a great doubleheader. Garfunkel & Oates were tons of fun, introducing a new song about gay marriage leading to sex with ducks, and then a true spectacle by Jon Daly. Has no one mentioned Bill Cosby Jr., who retired from performing comedy in favor of using his remote control fart machine?
Oops. Yeah, Liezl did. I forgot to mention that Kate Micucci has the most relaxed, comfortable stage presence I think I've ever seen in a performer.
Great photos, Liezl and megalope!
Shit! I forgot sex with ducks! INCREDIBLE
Amazing double show! I enjoyed both of them immensely. I'm glad I got to see a couple new Jon Daly bits I hadn't yet seen and getting to see the Sex with Ducks song was an awesome treat...Garfunkel and Oates are incredible!
It wasReverendFather Michael Christian. That was so good, I would love to see that movie.
Jouster: Ahh, you're right, I knew Reverend sounded a little weird.

That was awesome. The sound design and music were amazing, and it was really funny. It's all in the delivery, but "Father, give me all your money!" BLAM! "No." cracked me up hard.
I agree with everyone; two great shows. Highlights for me were "Sex with Ducks" and Bill Cosby's Fart Machine.
This show was so much fun. G&O and Daly left me very impressed!
Sappity Tappity was definitely a favorite. His teeth were all green, I couldn't help but stare and get all grossed out.
Hey everybody!
Thanks for coming out to the show!
Jon
