In case anyone wanted to know what was cut from the Zach G. dress rehearsal.

By the way, Zach drops by the set was directed by Jonathon Krisel who directs stuff for Tim and Eric. He's been directing all the digital shorts since January. Probably because Akiva is busy directing Adventurer's Handbook.
"During dress, this had the SNL Digital Short title card with no indication of Zach on the set which worked better and more unexpected. They cut out The People's Court and how the Law and Order segment ended with Zach getting arrested by Anthony Anderson."

BROADVIEW SECURITY- Nasim Pedrad, Andy Samberg, Will Forte, Jason Sudeikis & Bill Hader. Nasim would have a security system that she would turn on & it let the person know she had it on & would break in.

BOB & STACIA- Bill Hader, Nasim Pedrad, Andy Samberg, Abby Elliott, Kristen Wiig & Zach Galifinakis. Bill & Nasim adopted two children with problems. This has been on the air with other hosts before.

PRESIDENT JAMES A GARFIELD- Abby Elliott, Kristen Wiig, Zach Galifinakis, Jason Sudeikis & Will Forte. Abby is trying to do her homework when all of a sudden when her Mom leaves the room, the characters come to life. I thought this was a cute sketch.

DATELINE- Bill Hader, Will Forte, Abby Elliott, Bobby Moynihan & Zach Galifinakis. Keith Morrison was interviewing some people & Zach was dressed in a wedding dress.

PEEPERS INSURANCE- Commercial. Bill Hader, Abby Elliott & Kristen Wiig. A commercial about an Insurance company that peeps into houses.

DR GIZMOS BARREL OF FUN- Zach Galifinakis & Kenan Thompson. Zach is down in the dumps because his wife is ill. He confides in a friend by using props.

FAQUAY SATINS CHAMPAGNE- Kenan Thompson. Talks about champagne. Its been on the air before.

HAMILTON- Kristen Wiig, Nasim Pedrad, Jason Sudeikis, Will Forte & Zach Galifinakis. Kristen & Nasim are trying to tie the knot but one of their ex boyfriends interrupt them.

I run a little hot and cold on Zach, even when I've seen him live. He does have a lazy streak sometimes. I just saw Live at the Purple Onion, which I actually thought was kind of bad, and like I was not so fond of his Absolut ad, but then I see any "Between the Ferns" and I love him again.

I'm bringing this up because the SNL appearance and now the clips shown in this thread.... wow, it's simply monumental. The guy's a national treasure. And bigger exposure can only make him more essential and awesome. Great, great stuff.
